Payments:

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JBC, Diners Club and PayPal. Returned or canceled checks will inquire a $25 fee. Credit card charge-backs will incur a administrative hourly rate of $75 and any possible with legal fees.

Shipping/Handling:

We primarily use UPS for larger orders and USPS for small orders. Every order shipped using UPS and USPS will include insurance. If you have another shipper or would like to pick up your order, that can be arranged. Additional charges may apply for other shippers. Entering the wrong shipping address may delay your order and may cause you to incur additional fees.

Returns/Cancellations:

If you have any problem with your order, contact MidSolid Press and Pour and explain the situation. Custom orders are made specially for you and all purchases are final. Canceling our order after a deposit is made and before your order is shipped will result in your order not being shipped and your deposit being kept as payment. Please understand that under no circumstance can we have any product returned back to our facility.

Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods:

Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had included the insurance.

Return on Investment:

Any claims made regarding return on investment apply only to wholesale orders of over 300 units of one product/scent or higher. Test batches and retail order amounts of 999 units or less do not qualify under the claim of a 100% return on investment. Your final/retail price is solely up to the client and the client is responsible for doing their own market research and analysis to determine their final sale price. Any suggested price made by MidSolid Press and Pour is just that, a suggestion, as MidSolid Press and Pour has not done the research and analysis in your market.

We are not responsible for problems caused by your email filters or anti-virus protection. Please adjust your settings to receive emails from ILove@Coloradosoap.com.

Catalog:

Catalogs are for static companies with static products. There is NO WAY for us to keep up with all the options for packing, materials, etc. The best thing for you to do is email us with your vision of your product and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We never share your personal information with anyone. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted & transmitted using state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology. We’re PCI compliant too which insures your safety online & off.
