Step 2: Formulation & Signature Scent Creation

Once we’ve captured your vision, our formulation experts get to work. We take the ideas from our consultation and begin crafting your custom pH-balanced syndet shampoo and conditioner bars. This is a meticulous process where we focus on creating a product that not only embodies your brand but also delivers a truly luxurious performance for your guests.

You are involved every step of the way. We will develop and send you physical samples of the bars and different scent variations to test and experience firsthand. Nothing moves forward until you hold a sample in your hand and say, “This is perfect.”

Step 3: Custom Design & Branding

With the perfect formula and fragrance approved, we move on to the aesthetics. This is where your brand identity is pressed into the amenity.

• Custom Molds: We’ll finalize the unique shape of your bar.
• Logo Stamping: We will create a die for your logo and produce prototypes to ensure the stamp is crisp, clear, and elegant. The specialized equipment we use at Mid Solid Press & Pour ensures your brand identity is perfectly rendered on every single bar.
• Packaging: We will finalize your packaging choice, whether it’s a custom-printed, FSC-certified cardboard box or a simple, recyclable paper band.

Step 4: Full-Scale Production & Delivery

With your final sign-off on the formula, scent, and design, we will move to full-scale production at our facility right here in Colorado. This is the culmination of our partnership. We handle the entire manufacturing process with rigorous quality control, ensuring every bar meets the high standard set by your approved sample. We will establish a clear timeline and manage all the logistics to deliver your finished amenities to your port or warehouse, ready for distribution across your fleet.
